Ace’s designated Safe room was the bedroom and he was happy lounging on the bed when he was taken to his new home. However the resident cat Cleo, even though she had the rest of the house, was not impressed and hissed at the newcomer. Fortunately we have created a Cat Care Guide for just this situation and when the owners followed this advice the relationship between the two cats progressed. They moved from playing together when the owners were around and being kept apart when they were out to “getting along nicely”.
